Shipping Policy

Knew Earth Agenda partners with Tapstitch to fulfill and ship all apparel and merchandise. Below is our current policy regarding processing, shipping times, fees, and responsibilities.

Order Processing

All items are made-to-order through Tapstitch. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

This fee is applied at checkout and includes fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International Shipping: 10–30 business days (if offered)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, or local postal services.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves the Tapstitch facility, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Please check the tracking first

• Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  We’ll do our best to work with Tapstitch or the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
