Knew Earth Agenda ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business and fulfillment process, we maintain the following strict refund and return policy.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 2 below. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy in full.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered.

The customer contacts us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Returns must be authorized in writing by our team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Process
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Non-Returnable Items
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under the following circumstances:

Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with subjective qualities (e.g., style, color preference)

Wrong size ordered (size charts are provided at point of sale)

Delivery Issues
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Knew Earth Agenda assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery locations and to use tracked shipping where available.

Dispute Resolution
By placing an order, you agree to first attempt to resolve any issue with our support team. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. All legal claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located within Henry County, MO.
